In an Historical Look at Targeted Individuals, We Find Same Technology used in the COVID Vaccine Today

The CIA created a pool of experimental subjects long ago for the purpose of testing the very technologies we find in the COVID vaccine today (please acquaint yourself with previous posts). These people are termed “Targeted Individuals” and have been forced into illegal, non-consensual experimentation and torture for the rest of their lives. I myself am a Targeted Individual, I'll detail why this has happened to me in future posts.

There exists a lower, caste-like underclass in this country, created by the CIA, in an underworld that also parallels and aids the massive abuses of child sex slavery. Targeted Individuals are also pushed into sex-trafficking (that was the greatest threat they leveraged against me; against me and my sons, who were undocumented). This is a covert military research and development operation, intent on "social-engineering" (see my post, “Broadening the Target”). But it began by the culling done by the CIA, of targeted individuals, through a seemingly "legal" or law-like instrument, that is, Handling Codes 3 and 4 of the U.S. Terrorist Screening Data Base (the TSDB, refer to the work of TargetedJustice.com); this database sequesters a pool of subjects for experimentation, under the guise of terrorism prevention–the suspects never met the terrorist criteria but become unwitting subjects of an "abysmal human experimentation program" and are perpetually lost in the system—by the system. 

Test subjects are qualified into the program usually because they have crossed an acquaintance or private citizen who has access to the Form FD-930. I forsook an arranged marriage (more about that in later posts). In other Targeted Individuals I have spoken with, their property rights were targeted (the purpose of my persecution). It could be a corporation, a foreign government or a member of the intelligence community that "nominates" people to the TSDB. There are no governing restrictions, but this isn't an official government document. It doesn't respect due process, and is obviously illegal under several federal statutes.  

Targeted Individuals experience a constant assault, psychologically, by means of several advanced military-grade weapons, one of which is a neuroweapon enabled by nanotechnology, the consistent factor in my case, in many cases–it is the same technology found in the vaccines, thoroughly documented by the scientific community La Quinta Columna, and thousands of online scientists. A doctor I instructed removed what he termed a "blue microwire" from my person, some fifteen years ago. This is the very technology documented by Ricardo Delgado Martin, of La Quinta Columna, and the subsidiary, Mira Al Microscopio, the social media Telegram channel. It has also become the focus of Dr. Ana Mihalcea, et al. The technology is capable of seaming other-worldly feats, non-human, in fact. But today, in this 21st century, we are capable of, as the scientist will proclaim, of "behavioral modification" and "neuromodulation": the simplest terms that describe the use of non-consensual, undemocratic surveillance tags that will induce certain human behavior through not only a credit system eventually, as in China, but by brute force imposition on our minds. The nanodevice with which I have been terrorized actually trains on the unique resonant electromagnetic frequency of my DNA, in fact, and enables, through the “microwave auditory effect”, my assailants to tap into my optic and auditory nervous signals (I'll cover that in more detail later), further enabling those who monitor me, the target, to "see what the target is seeing, and hear what the target is hearing" (

).

And all of this digitized information is downloaded to a secured, classified database (I'm wondering which one, a Fusion Center, perhaps CERN, or the cryptology centers, like in Utah and Texas, managed by quantum computing, processing something like a terabyte per second. I'll cover this subject at length later, too). They're capable of more, like transmission of visual and auditory data to and from the Target's cranium. This can be achieved without use of an "implant", through the microwave auditory effect, trained on one's DNA; a most abhorrent condition of stolen identity, established through this parasitic relationship, in fact. The assailants taunt, "I can get into your head" and "I can see through your eyes" (Ibid). These electrical signals in one's mind are rendered in real time. "It's just like a video game as something you're seeing right through the eyes of the target" (Ibid). My assailant could describe the make and model of a car that I was seeing approaching about a mile down the road before I could clearly discern it with my own eyes.

The augmented world of virtual reality is utilizing this tech, too. The Sentient World Simulation has merged with Meta, and the Metaverse is born. An avatar created to represent me (I was completely unwitting) was raped by mongoloid Germanic types; I was pilfered and left for dead on a war-torn battlefield in this Metaverse, all in the confines of my own mind. This tech can also be used to manipulate the emotions of the Target, by artificially inducing thought patterns. The thought replacement is hardly discernible. And "biohacking" can "erase" you (as Noah Yuval Harari taunts, Klaus Schwab's disciple). This is how the authoritarian powers-that-be will sway opinion and influence the population to accept their narrative (through the neural networks aggregating in the central nervous system now, by the Graphene-Oxide nanotechnology in the vaccines), the seemingly benign alternative to what will happen to the dissension. This is transhumanism, you have been bought and sold, and no longer are a citizen, your privacy has been completely vacated. Other experiences of the Target are described as "gangstalking". (Please see targetedjustice.com.) I think they're heartless mercenaries, cheaply afforded, hired for their proclivity for sadistic violence. There are four other persons by whom I am psychologically gangstalked. (This runs into my social life, I'm shadow-banned, and the postal service removes my parcels. This is typical of being targeted, I have learned.) I've heard it estimated that millions of people are afflicted, attacked rather efficiently through AI! In Iraq, the Voice-to-Skull technology was used against their soldiers, and the same thing has been unleashed on this American population, beginning through the psychological experimentation by federal agencies on subjects culled by the CIA. Other federal agencies, namely DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Programs Administration), created the technology with university partnerships, like through MIT and Fordham. Retrieve anything from Joseph Jornet's studies (YouTube for starters, and ResearchGate), and you'll find the scientific background to the nanotechnology deployed in the vaccines. (This is actually John Nash's territory, he wasn't Schizophrenic, as depicted by Russell Crowe in "A Beautiful Mind" [a piece of Hollywood propaganda], rather John got too close. This is the perfection of the Final Solution, of the Fourth Reich.) I've been stalked by neo-Nazis and Stasi, arrested by police in Austin, TX, tagged by MI6, and followed by occultists, all emanating from the Nazi hotbed in Yorkshire, England and the historically significant place of Warwick Castle. This is relevant to why I am targeted, which I'll detail later. There are similarities to my testimony and subjects of Nazi Ritual Abuse, too, and it often sounds like the trauma induced in Satanic Ritual Abuse, as well. It is a cult. These agents compose the hive mind, a perverse, uncharted terrain of a new dimension of the mind, created by electromagnetic communication. They are my assailants. They are a part of a group of law officers and military armed service members, private security personnel and contractors, business executives, CEO's, a couple of madames and the homosexual prostitutes that cater to these executives, and common thieves. Their paid "gangstalkers" are capable of "reading" my thoughts: done so through the "hive mind" (see Robert Duncan, former CIA Agent, turned whistleblower). Originally intended for use by the "super soldier", as developed by the Department of Defense (see James Giordano on YouTube) some aforementioned powerful actors have used it for their own nefarious purposes, but this isn't personal any longer; this isn't just the lot of the Targeted Individual, but a place of devastation wrought against all mankind, through the masses who were disseminated the vaccine. The COVID agenda was socially engineered to disseminate the technology, and "Climate Crisis", war or illegal immigration is the next window they'll use to enforce the surveillance through the "fifteen-minute city's" 5G electromagnetic grid. Graphene is in the mRNA supplied in foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals: anything under the purview of the FDA and like agencies internationally. The Graphene-Oxide nanotechnology, which aggregates in the CNS, resonates electromagnetically, and will be coupled with the Digital ID and the grid, which in my estimation, will be fully functional with satellite tracking of every human being (as exhibited through the MAC codes) implemented by the Beast (both man and metaphor). There are other theories about the identity of the Beast and simplistic explanations about his Mark, which I’ll cover, too. But, where I'm concerned, I believe that I was used in a false-flag ploy, a trap, generated to evoke a manufactured response, to eliminate all of the dissidents early on, obfuscated through the incursion of war, now. I am charged with uncovering these affairs; the public reaction I made was intended by my assailants, but I had no other alternative. I pray for a non-violent remediation through the knowledge that I set forth here. We must begin to protect our first and second amendments, the bedrock of this democracy, of democracy in the world.

And that's the whole focus of my research, which I will delve into more thoroughly in later posts. My book is a document of a period in my life before the retrospect and hindsight afforded in rest and prayer, a period in my life of unimaginable terror wrought psychologically. Now through the technicalities and the history, I'll describe the social constructs and the conditions that give rise to the Beast, present in the world today as I've understood through my rare experience.
