5G and Neuromodulation

“Graphene Oxide and brain stimulation by EM electromagnetic waves [is] capable of inferring in the human mind.”

This is a sketch, a brief survey of the literature regarding the scientific process of Neuromodulation, whereby I draw a correlation between its use in the vaccines, and broader subliminal mind control. I maintain that this is occurring per person, through Voice to Skull, when it trains on the resonant frequency of one’s DNA, and within a broader population, through similar methods induced by the microwire/microfilaments distributed en masse in the vaccines. A breakdown of the components of the vaccine nanotechnology is necessary to understand what rogue scientists have attempted to undertake. Firstly, the author of the cited article describes transducers. What is a transducer? “For example, a microphone is a transducer that transforms voice or sound vibrations into electrical energy according to variations in voltage.” Again, “[a] transducer is a device capable of converting a signal into energy or a transmitted energy into a signal. It should be known that there are various types of transducers, the "sensors" and the "actuators". In this article we concern ourselves with sensors, nanosensors, specifically. One understands that a sensor, as in “biosensor”/”nanosensor'' is utilized to “convert energy into a signal or information.” We witnessed the proliferation of nanosensors when they were disseminated through the Covid vaccines. Refer to the work of Spanish scientist, Pablo Campra, and the work of La Quinta Columna. Therein, you will find the scientific proof that graphene-oxide nanotech (i.e., nanosensors, nanoantennas, nanorouters, etc) are present in the vaccines. I will continue to break down what that encompasses. Industry gas-lighting will document such use in Musk’s Neuralink and in the Internet of Things, Nano Things, particularly; their scope includes the human body, the scientific/industrial terrain of this decade. Nanosensors are self-assembled into microwires after inoculation and upon exposure to EMF. Nanosensors and quantum dots comprise microwires (refer to OpenAI chat). Trillions of these nanosensors are contained in a single vial of the Covid vaccine (See Josep Jornet, https://youtu.be/ieLgl1praYk?si=FcHrFUiRfdpplS97).

All of this gives rise to Neuromodulation: “...the concept of "neuromodulation" refers to the neuroscientific technique in charge of nerve stimulation of the brain for the treatment of pathologies and injuries. It is usually done using electromagnetic impulses, biochip implants, traditional and flexible electrodes, ultrasound, etc,” Li et al. explains that “[t]his is the study of new methods of brain interaction using nano-scale transducers, wirelessly, using electromagnetic waves” by analyzing “the transmission and processing of signals within the central nervous system.”

Neuromodulation is a well developed science that dates to as early as the 1970’s. It's been utilized readily. It's been documented in other prominent scientific journals, it's an actuality, today: “Neuromodulation refers to interfacing and intervening with the nervous system through electrical, electromagnetic, chemical, or optogenetic methodologies” And “[t]o date, neuromodulation has been used to treat movement disorders (Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, tremor), tics associated with Tourette syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, tinnitus, sensory disabilities, bladder control, epilepsy, headache, chronic pain, spasticity, stroke, minimally conscious state, and spinal cord injury, among others” (“Neuromodulation of Brain Disorders: Challenges and Opportunities”, Matthew D. Johnson, et al.). Refer to Li’s work, Fig. 2: “Evolution of Transducers and Their Application Possibilities.” The scientific principles used here, for good purposes, were developed after the proliferation of studies by private governmental organizations, like DARPA, and the CIA, whose original intention was for cruel surveillance purposes in warfare, albeit, the “supersoldier”. There was a trickle down into the public sector. A traceable course of development in the public sector since the 1970’s exists. These applications include deep brain stimulation and optogenetics, as well as infrared neural stimulation, and photovoltaic neuromodulation. In my experience as a Targeted Individual, rogue scientists, like the CIA signals intelligence experts, have deployed this against me. I was marched out to battle. It was a deep-state, false-flag ploy to lure others into a false-flag. I know something about false-flags, which I detail in previous essays. I'm all too familiar with the skill with which they terrorize.

Before I go on, I include here a lengthy excerpt of the deployment of this technology, Neuromodulation/Deep Brain Stimulation/Remote Neural Monitoring, by the CIA/NSA. It is an adequate explanation of “what” science is capable of; then I'll return to a public study and the proliferation of information made available in the scientific journals, albeit the Chinese journal, as in my exposition, to attempt to explain the “how” behind the science:

“NSA Signals Intelligence Use of EMF Brain Stimulation: For electronic surveillance purposes electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can be translated into the subject’s verbal thoughts. RNM [Remote Neural Monitoring] can send encoded signals to the brain’s auditory cortex thus allowing audio communication directly to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA operatives can use this to covertly debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia. Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject’s brain and show images from the subject’s brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject’s eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images directly to the visual cortex, bypassing the eyes and optic nerves. NSA operatives can use this to surreptitiously put images in a surveillance subject’s brain while they are in R.E.M. sleep for brain-programming purposes.

“Capabilities of NSA operatives using RNM: There has been a Signals Intelligence network in the U.S. since the 1940′s. The NSA, Ft. Meade has in place a vast two-way wireless RNM system which is used to track subjects and non-invasively monitor audio-visual information in their brain. This is all done with no physical contact with the subject. RNM is the ultimate method of surveillance and domestic intelligence. Speech and 3D sound, and subliminal audio can be sent to the auditory cortex of the subject’s brain (bypassing the ears) and images can be sent into the visual cortex. RNM can alter a subject’s perceptions, moods, and motor control. Speech cortex/auditory cortex link has become the ultimate communications system for the intelligence community. RNM allows for a complete audio-visual brain-to-brain link or brain-to-computer link.

“National Security Agency Signals Intelligence Electronic Brain Link Technology: NSA SigInt can remotely detect, identify and monitor a person’s bioelectric fields. The NSA’s Signals Intelligence has the proprietary ability to remotely and non-invasively monitor information in the human brain by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in the 30-50 hz, .5 milliwatt electro-magnetic emissions from the brain. Neuronal activity in the brain creates a shifting electrical pattern that has a shifting magnetic flux. This magnetic flux puts out a constant 30-50 hz, .5 milliwatt electromagnetic (EMF) wave. Contained in the electromagnetic emission from the brain are spikes and patterns called “evoked potentials.” Every thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event, and visual image in the brain has a corresponding “evoked potential” or set of “evoked potentials.” The EMF emission from the brain can be decoded into the current thoughts, images and sounds in the subject’s brain. NSA SigInt uses EMF-transmitted Brain Stimulation as a communications system to transmit information (as well as nervous system messages) to intelligence agents and also to transmit to the brains of covert operations subjects (on a non-perceptible level). EMF Brain Stimulation works by sending a complexly coded and pulsed electromagnetic signal to trigger evoked potentials (events) in the brain, thereby forming sound and visual images in the brain’s neural circuits. EMF Brain Stimulation can also change a person’s brain-states and affect motor control. Two-way Electronic Brain-Link is done by remotely monitoring neural audio-visual information while transmitting sound to the auditory cortex (bypassing the ears) and transmitting faint images to the visual cortex (bypassing the optic nerves and eyes, the images appear as floating 2-D screens in the brain). Two-Way Electronic Brain Link has become the ultimate communications system for CIA/NSA personnel. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM, remotely monitoring bioelectric information in the human brain) has become the ultimate surveillance system. It is used by a limited number of agents in the U.S. Intelligence Community. RNM requires decoding the resonance frequency of each specific brain area. That frequency is then modulated in order to impose information in that specific brain area. The frequency to which the various brain areas respond varies from 3 Hz to 50 Hz. The authors of the article I cited originally (Li, X. et al.) go on to prove, in a public sphere, positing that the “new” technology, i.e., nanotransducers "‘can interact with the neural system without physical wires’ through non-invasive wireless means such as ultrasound, electromagnetic fields, temperature and electro-chemical activators.” Elon Musk claims the state of the art is his, but truly, his Neuralink is archaic compared to the technology described by Nesaranews, cited above. I'll emphasize the use of electromagnetism in order to connect the dots to the use of 5G today, in the military industrial complex surveillance grid. At some particular emission, graphene is irradiated. It carries the signal of an emitted electromagnetic frequency. The pertinent question asked is, what are "the implications of graphene oxide [which is being used] in brain stimulation, by means of electromagnetic waves and its ability to infer in thought”?

It's proven that GO is present in the vaccines and that GO is utilized in electromagnetic communication (also refer to the surplus of research presented just in Li's Bibliography, or follow Josep Jornet’s research online and through the IEEE). “[G]raphene oxide has been studied for its input resistance and capacitance, to act as a transducer for brain cells” (Li, X. et al.). Dr. Pablo Capra has also measured the capacitance of GO. As we've discussed, transducers receive and transmit various signals, in this instance, electromagnetism. Pablo Campra, in 2021, studied the capacitance of the neuronal membrane with regards to GO, graphene oxide. GO is heavily discussed by Campra and Martin in their online site. There are varying forms of transduction methodologies (remember the microphone comparison?) Some include: Optogenetics, which is “the transduction methodology that uses genetics and optics to activate and deactivate brain cells with pulses of light.” There also exists Electromodulation, including “magnetoelectric transducers.” These include the family of Piezoelectric transducers. And there is also Thermal Modulation, which activates transduction by heat. Particularly, at “40 GHz, it is possible to scale the temperature of the phonons in the [graphene ] sheet.” Pablo Campra’s proof of Graphene-Oxide in the vaccines has special relevance here. Summarily, “This has important repercussions, since it means, accepts, affirms and corroborates that the frequencies [of] electromagnetic signals of 5G technology, between 25.5 and 40 GHz, absorbed by Graphene-Oxide nanoparticles (Chen, Y.; Fu, X.; Liu, L.;Zhang, Y .; Cao, L .; Yuan, D .; Liu, P. 2019), can modulate, and do in fact–they modulate their temperature and with it the brain cells, for their control and interaction.”

The greater part of the global population was injected with Graphene-Oxide nanotech. How was it disseminated? See Figure 4b in Li’s article again, it shows “the delivery methods of the nano-transducers. The most obvious are the intranasal route (which is related to the rods to perform PCR tests for the detection of [Corona Virus]) and the intravenous route (which is directly related to the administration of vaccines against [Corona Virus]” (Li, X. et al.) By virtue of their diminutive size, they can transfer across the blood-brain-barrier. The scale of the nanotechnological vaccine adjuvants/objects described in Li’s survey vary from 10nm ([the size of the brain’s] membrane/channel receptors), to .1um ([.1 micrometer], which include the synaptic vesicles and the nanotransducers themselves), to 10 um ([10 micrometers] the flexible electrodes), to .1mm (the neuron itself). The transducers can pass through the blood-brain-barrier.

Li’s study is comprehensive, having consulted more than 140 works, selected for their relevance to Graphene Oxide and electromagnetic neuromodulation, as well as, strikingly, the investigation into dopamine's role in neuromodulation.

“Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that allows communication between neurons and is considered to be responsible for the sensations of pleasure, relaxation, happiness and is closely related to addiction, impulsivity in people, as well as dependence and the feeling of reward” (Koob, GF 1992, [Li’s citation]). “...This is very important, because it means that with a very high probability, graphene oxide nano-transducers could modulate the generation of dopamine. In fact, it has been shown that graphene oxide is capable of adsorbing dopamine [see figure 8 in Li’s article and reference from (Ren, H.; Kulkarni, DD; Kodiyath, R.; Xu, W.; Choi, I.; Tsukruk, VV2014)]. They discovered that depending on the application temperature, the graphene nanostructure could adsorb rhodamine6G and dopamine, allowing the development of biosensors. This fits perfectly with the operation of the thermally modulating nano-transducers, explained above. Consequently, the ability of the graphene oxide nanotransducer to regulate the dopamine emitted by the brain, based on 5G electromagnetic neuromodulation, seems feasible.” “...All of this means that a person inoculated with graphene oxide would have nano-transducers that could penetrate the blood-brain barrier, BBB, and act according to the signals emitted by electromagnetic waves, to infer the mechanisms of conditional behavior, similar to those described in the Pavlov experiment, read (Bitterman, ME 2006 [cited by Li, X. et al ]).”

Pablo Campra proved the presence of GO in the vaccines through light microscopy. Li’s Figure 9 elucidates the relationship of Campra's work to the present study. The nascent research (in the public sphere) is still in need of scanning electron microscopes, which resolve at the nanoscale, but they are not readily available to the scientist outside of large research institutions and universities, which are largely funded by nefarious foreign government interests these days.

But Li states that “[f]or all the facts presented, it can be affirmed that graphene oxide can act as a nanotransducer controlled by electromagnetic waves compatible with 5G, to infer neuronal behavior, altering the functioning of microglia, dopamine and other neurotransmitters.

Also, “Wireless remote neuromodulation can influence dopamine-regulated conditioning, happiness, reward, addiction and dependence mechanisms through thermal modulation, according to the principles discussed and referred to.

And “[t]herefore, people inoculated with graphene oxide de facto carry nano-transducers, which with a very high probability penetrate the blood-brain barrier (Perini, G.; Palmieri, V.; Ciasca, G.; De Spirito, M.; Papi, M. 2020 [cited by Li]) and are deposited in neuronal cells (this is so, due to the chemical and morphological characteristics of the material used [GO]). Once deposed in cells, graphene oxide can cause damage, adverse effects and activate the neuromodulation of electromagnetic waves.

And finally, “It can be concluded that neuronal/brain/mental control or modulation with graphene oxide inoculated through the Coronavirus vaccines, using electromagnetic waves is perfectly feasible” (Li, X., et al.).

As I've described over and over again, this technology can be utilized for grotesque cruelty. I have several theories as to why I was targeted: was it a matter of my intelligence (tested at school, my IQ measured 168, Einstein’s IQ was 160. My parents concealed this from me, but not my sister, who has recently disclosed this to me. I also highly value emotional intelligence, but I've been doped up with Clozaril, a debilitating drug prescribed for schizophrenics, for fifteen years now). Or was it the estate left in my name that my father desired? There also was a political fiasco that I narrowly avoided, others were not as lucky. I can elaborate on these later. In the meantime, just recognize that the Targeted Individuals’ experience is a harbinger of things to come. The vaccination program and the technology found in it is just a platform to bend the will of man to a tyrannical, totalitarian death agenda. It is anti-Christian, and will do more than demoralize an entire populace, it will crush the spirit inside, and turn people against each other, in the wars that are being planned now. In the UK and Australia, conscription may return for the insane purpose of fighting a suicidal war with Russia. Civil war in the US is looming. Were the actions of Texas Governor Greg Abbott intentionally culled by globalists, (like Sorros who has imported 6 million illegal immigrants into the US through the southern border–or was it a latent Nazi political infrastructure in South America), to malign Abbott against Federalists under Biden? Another false-flag? They will march our troops who have been inoculated with the death jab to their deaths–a bloodbath! I asked in a previous essay, “Could there ever be another Holocaust?”.
